Reading on childrens islamic upbringing
Bismillahi rahmani raheem,
Thought to share some of the readings Im enjoying on childrens islamic upbringing, I refer back to these from time to time, alhamdulillah.
At the left, Teaching children Tawheed, by shaikh ul islam Mohammed ibn Abdul Wahab, starts of with usool at thalatha with commentary and contains a lot of great advices from Quran, Sunnah and the righteous predecessors.
On the right, Nurturing Eeman in children, by Dr. Aisha Hamdan, a book on how to connect children to their Creator and in that way help them on fitra, developing their own faith, she uses examples from the sunnah and refers a lot to the next book Im presenting under.
Child companions around the prophet, prepared by Darrussalam, contains the authentic stories on some of the sahabah that surrounded the prophet sallahu aleihi wa salam in their childhood, the wisdom they gained from him sallahu aleihi wa salaam, advices he saaw gave them etc
This collection of Fataawa, by shaykh Ibn uthaymeen, shaykh bin Baz, shaykh ibn jibrin and shaykh al fawzan,
And this list of advice taken from the book, My advice to the muslim women, by Sheikh Muqbils daughter, Umm Abdillah al wadii`yyah.
